I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hue. the location was perfect, right in the center of town. It made it easy for me to explore all the main attractions without any hassle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable, with a huge bed that provided a great night's sleep. this hotel offered great value for money, with breakfast included and a balcony where I could enjoy the beautiful view of the city.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the banana pancakes. They even arranged a transfer for us to visit the royal tombs during heavy rain. Great value for money, highly recommended. This hotel was a hidden gem in a bustling city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family, providing us with cold beverages and even joining us in our room for some great company. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we were welcomed with a plate of fruit and tea. The attention to detail and personal touch really made it feel like a home away from home.

The hotel staff at this family-run hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as AC, TV, and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was also perfect, situated just off the main strip, providing a peaceful atmosphere at night while still being just a short walk away from restaurants and bars.

One drawback was the noise in the morning from the street, which could be quite loud and disturb our sleep. the hotel's distance from the citadel meant it was about a 25-minute walk to reach it.

We had a lovely time on our romantic escapade and enjoyed two aspects of the hotel in particular: the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. We were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. the location was also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.

Our room was disappointing. It had a musty smell and was poorly maintained.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was friendly, they always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, near many restaurants, bars and shops. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. They had a nice swimming pool on the rooftop with a great view of the city.

There were a few negative aspects as well. First of all, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and weak in the room.

The hotel’s convenient location in a tight market allowed us to watch the life down on the street, which was quite fascinating. We caught a glimpse of the locals going about their daily lives. the room was spacious and clean, which was a big advantage. they served free drinks and fruits upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The bathroom was quite humid due to the lack of a window, and the shower needed fixing.
